Yoga flow, also popularly known as Vinyasa, refers to a sequence of Yoga postures without pausing between each posture. Coordinated properly, you can create beautiful and graceful dance like movements. This can be a lot of fun and real good workout too.
Just for fun, you should try creating your own Yoga flow sequence. Be careful not to perform postures that you are not totally comfortable with. Otherwise go and have fun with it. Below is a video of me and Aman performing a Yoga flow sequence.
